犬淋巴癌的治疗：<br><br>TREATMENT<fontcolor="red">Combinationchemotherapyforlymphoma主要就是依靠化疗</font>,whichisatreatmentregimenwherethedogisadministeredtwoormoredrugsonaparticularschedule,isthestandardtherapy.Clinically,themosteffectivetreatmentregimen,calledUW-M,hasresultedinresponserates（tumorregression）ashighas91%forperiodsof6monthsormore.Thisregimenusesacombinationof<fontcolor="red">5drugs结合这5种药（Vincristine,L-Asparaginase,Prednisone,CyclophosphomideandDoxorubicin）,</font>administeredoveranineweekperiod.Ifthisinitialtreatmentscheduleissuccessfulinproducingremissionofthedisease,thenthistreatmentisfollowedbyamaintenancedrugschedule,whichideallycontinuesforupto2years.Single-agenttherapywithDoxorubicinaloneorPrednisonealonealsoproducesremissions,albeitwithshorterdurations,insomedogsandprovidesamoreconvenienttreatmentscheduleforpetowners.Immunotherapywithamonoclonalantibody（Mab231）thatspecificallyrecognizessomecaninelymphomashasbeenusedsuccessfullyfollowingchemotherapyforthepurposeofprolongingdiseaseremission.Conventionalradiationtherapyhasbeenfoundtobeineffectiveagainstlymphoma.However,clinicalstudiesexploringradiationtherapywithbone-marrowtransplantindogsindicatesapossibletherapeuticgainmaybeachievedbycombiningthesetwomethods.<br>PROGNOSIS:Withouttherapy,dogsdiagnosedwithlymphomasuccumbtothediseasewithin4-6weeksfollowingdiagnosis.ThereisstrongevidencetosuggestthatlymphomasdevelopedfromT-lymphocytesaremoreaggressiveandbearapoorerprognosisthanthosedevelopedfromB-lymphocytes.Treatmentproducestumorremissioninapproximately90%ofcases,withdurationofremissionandsurvivaldependentuponthetreatmentregimenused.UseofPrednisonealonehelpstoimprovequalityoflife,however,remissionsarebrief,lastingonlyabout30days.CombiningCyclophosphamidewithPrednisonemayprovideaslightlylongerdurationofremission（30-60days）.TreatmentwithDoxorubinalonehasproducedremissionsforupto18-29weeks.Arecentstudyindicatesthatmonitoringplasmaglutathione-S-transferasemaybehelpfulinevaluatingtherapeuticresponsetodoxorubicintreatment.TheUW-Mprotocol（describedabove）hasdemonstratedthelongestdurationsofremissionslasting44-69weeksforearlystagelymphomasand36-51weeksformoreadvancedlymphomas.<br><br>PREVENTION:Considerableevidencelinksdevelopmentoflymphomawithdefectsinorsuppressionoftheimmunesystem.Therefore,preventionoflymphomamaylieineffortstoprotectpredisposeddogswithimmunodeficiencyorauto-immunediseasesfromexposuretoenvironmentalcarcinogensthatincreaselikelihoodofcancerdevelopment.Additionally,frequentuseofimmunosuppressivedrugsmayalsoincreaseriskoflymphoma.<br>
